Position Overview:
Titus Global-Tech is looking for skilled professionals with expertise in PLC programming, onsite commissioning, and business analysis within industrial automation. We are offering three specialized career paths as well as a fourth role as a Business Analyst for candidates interested in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis.
1. In-Office Programmer: Focuses on PLC/SCADA programming, HMI design, and project engineering.
2. Onsite Commissioning Engineer: Responsible for onsite commissioning and project support both onsite and from the office.
3. Project Engineer: A hybrid role that involves both onsite commissioning and in-office programming.
If you have a background in Siemens PLC programming, TIA Portal, and are adept at both technical tasks and analytical work, these roles could be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain control systems, HMI, and SCADA systems across various industries.
• Utilize Python and SQL for HMI and SCADA development, ensuring seamless integration with third-party services via REST API.
• Configure communication protocols to ensure SCADA server connectivity and system integration.
• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs using TIA Portal for complex industrial applications.
• Execute onsite commissioning, verifying automation systems meet client specifications and function as intended.
• For Project Engineers, manage both onsite commissioning and office-based programming tasks, as well as technical support.
• Provide training and technical support to clients both during and after commissioning.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with Siemens PLC programming, TIA Portal, and industrial automation systems.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and REST API integration for HMI and SCADA development.
• Ability to configure and manage communication protocols for SCADA systems.
• Strong documentation skills with an interest in project analysis and requirement gathering.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative team approach.
• Flexibility to work across roles in PLC programming, SCADA, project engineering, or business analysis within automation.
• Commissioning Engineer role can involve exciting opportunities to Travel within the Philippines and Overseas for automation projects in various industries and various countries.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SCADA/HMI system design, additional PLC platforms, or SCADA development.
• Familiarity with industry safety protocols and standards
