MLTreyna Group is engaged in the business of creative marketing communications, retail marketing online and offline, PR and advertising.
We are currently looking for a PR (Public Relations) ACCOUNT MANAGER for Philippines operations.
Focus: The primary task of PR Account Manager is to conceive and execute High Value Ideas, while being responsible for the visual/verbal aspects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Senior Account Manager, Account Director, Management Supervisor, and Business Unit Directors, in preparing materials for meetings - scripts, presentations, creative references, and status reports.
• Working with the Account Managers on the production of animatics, liaising with the Creatives, Planners, and TV producers.
• Responsible for producing Cost Estimates for approval with Client, and managing with Finance.
• Managing the Team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with the Clients.
• Making sure that there is a clear communication of what is happening amongst the Agency Team.

Skills and Expertise:

• Fantastic organizational skills, strong presentation and negotiating skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising (a plus, but not required.)
• Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
• Must be well-organized.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people.
• Willing to travel.
• Ability to manage project timelines and meet deadlines.
