We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Procurement Director to join our team at our commissary, dedicated to supplying high-quality ingredients and supplies for our restaurant operations.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that align with our culinary vision, ensuring that we source the best products while maintaining cost efficiency and sustainability.
You will lead a team in negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing vendor relationships, and optimizing our supply chain processes to guarantee timely delivery and inventory management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement within the food service industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for quality.
