Our client’s business is providing reporting and data analytics software that helps accountants and businesses understand financial data. We serve over 50,000 businesses in more than 50 countries that go on to produce thousands of reports, dashboards and actionable insights every single month.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Product Support Specialist to join our team. You will be providing ongoing support to our software's customers, primarily accounting practices in English-speaking markets. They offer reporting and analytics software used by businesses in over 80 countries.
What you’ll do
- Provide real-time support to both local and international customers through a chat interface and brief video calls.
- Assist customers in resolving their queries to ensure they can fully utilize the platform.
- Troubleshoot customer issues quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, diploma, or equivalent.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and convincingly.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer queries quickly and effectively.
- A solid understanding of accounting and business operations to relate better to customers.
- A passion for technology, especially fintech.
- Must have prior experience in customer support.
- Knowledge of accounting.
- Saa S technical support experience.
