- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any related course
- Computer Literate
- Knowledgeable in using MS Office such as Word and Excel
- Knowledgeable in manufacturing process is a plus, but not required
- Understands the product drawing is a plus, but not required
- With knowledge in ISO Standards
- Willing to work overtime, shifting and weekend schedule
- Can work under pressure
- Planning for efficient and effective process flow, tool layout, machine usage, calculation of materials for new item
- On-time submission of cost calculation requests, purchase requests, and customer-required documents
- Prepare and complete Production documents
- In-charge of 4M changes, tooling and machine preventive maintenance
- Actual production process for new item trial and mass production endorsement
- Design and implement improvement ideas of items and other production process
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Manager
