SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field.
2. Ten (10) years of experience in Manufacturing set-up; five (5) years of which in managerial
capacity preferably in an ISO accredited manufacturing company.
3. With good technical knowledge (Mechanical, Electrical and Construction).
4. Possesses strategic mind set with regards to decision making, driving for results and
relationship building.
5. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
6. Extremely strong interpersonal skills to communicate change, motivating employees and
getting leadership buy-in.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manages overall production and maintenance operations and responsible for the effective
management quality and safety as established.
2. Evaluates and strategically improves the standard processes and systems.
3. Manages key financial indicators for the production and maintenance operations.
4. Resolves critical operational issues.
5. Collaborates with operations and engineering in delivering quality products and services.
6. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.
7. Ensures the proper documentation and implementation of the production and maintenance
processes and manual.
8. Develops the potential of team members to maximize their productivity.
9. Maintains organized files and related documents.
