JOB ACCOUNTABILITY
Ensure day to day operations are executed according to schedule and customer requirement with financial consciousness.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures proper upkeep of the facilities, common areas and equipment in accordance with company standards on safety, cleanliness and orderliness.
2. Implements house rules and restrictions, master deed and declaration of restrictions and safety and security in order to ensure the compliance of the building occupants.
3. Recommends upgrade of building facilities to further enhance its operations.
4. Plans and implements preventive maintenance program to avoid down time on equipment and machineries.
5. Ensures proper compliance with government requirements such as permits, licenses and taxes and environmental provisions.
6. Participates in the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies and priorities of the organization.
7. Prepares and ensures consolidated documents are timely, quality, accurate and complete reports are submitted.
8. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.
9. Collaborates with other internal departments for materials requisition and building maintenance work.
10. Maintains organized files and related documents.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Building and Property Management.
2. At least two (2) years’ experience and exposure in Property Management
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Knowledge on STP and DENR regulations.
5. Able to make tactical results driven decisions.
6. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
7. Possesses the ability towards collaborative communications across multi-functional teams.
