• A final-year student of Finance/Accounting/Business or other related courses
• Eager to learn and work with the Accounting/Treasury department in the company
• Ability to multitask and organize
• Can start ASAP

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Document Filing

• Sorting of files
• Proper labeling of folders per supplier/subcon check vouchers
• encoding of filed documents

2. Sorting and encoding of summary of expenses from official receipts-executives (reportable and not reportable)
3, Encoding of revolving fund expenses to excel
4. Payment request processing to SAP*

• Checking of complete document attachments

5. Check preparation
6. Other responsibilities as assigned by business unit accountant or accounting department head
