Administrative Assistant - Building and Construction Industry (Remote)

About the job:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Administrative Assistant with experience in the building industry to join our team on a remote basis. The candidate will be working directly with our client, a construction firm based in Cairns, Australia, assisting them with their day to day administrative needs.
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:
  • Organisation and filing of receipts.
  • Client liaising.
  • Email and call noting, follow ups and responding.
  • PA duties.
  • Reading Plans, Take-Offs, and providing / requesting Work or Purchase Orders.
  • Ad Hoc general tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Proficiency in learning and adapting to new software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.
Nice to haves:
  • Experience working within the building and construction industry.
  • Previous experience working for an Australian business.
  • Xero experience or certification
  • Buildxact experience

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
