Admin Assistant - eCommerce/Inventory Management experience

Our client, a large wholesaler based in Perth, Australia are seeking an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant with e Commerce and Xero experience to work on a full-time basis. The role is entirely remote, therefore a work from home setup with high speed reliable internet is necessary.
The applicant will work directly with the owner of the business, as well as the head of accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts payable duties
- Accounts receivable duties
- Preparation of BAS
- Payroll processing
- Accounts/Finance admin tasks
- General back-office management
- Client and customer liaising through the phone
- e Commerce order and store management
- Administrative tasks
- Ad Hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- Working experience in accounts for an Australian Business
- Demonstrated experience with Xero (Certification is highly regarded)
- Reliable home office setup with necessary equipment for remote work
- Excellent organisational, time management, and planning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- High levels of initiative and ability to work within a given timeline
- High levels of computer literacy
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php52,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Xero: 2 years (Preferred)
- Australian e Commerce: 2 years (Preferred)
