Job Description:

• Discuss to each worker the monthly plan, current line capacity, current volume requirement, and current cycle time per worker. Get worker concurrence.
• Make decision; solve problems; approve and implement changes to improve line efficiency, develop line procedures/records/files; conduct meetings.
• Conduct meeting with TC as required, Prepare plan in case of line stop.
• Attend during ISO audit. Ensure line is complying with all ISO 9000 and 14000 policies.
• Prepare manpower report. Ensure completeness of loaned/ borrowed/ charge to other activities.
• Regular reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) of his/her line performance to his/her superior.
• Prepare plan to ensure attainment of quality target in terms of DPU and FTC.
• Motivates subordinates to get their task done and supervise their work ensuring that productivity and quality standards are being met.
• Implement plans and policies related to compliance to company work time standards.
• Regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly of his/her line performance to his Superior.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Supervisor in Automotive Manufacturing, - Maintenance, Engineering, Production or related industries.
• Able to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and CAD literate.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering preferably board passer.
• Must know how to drive with a valid Driver's license.
• Willing to be assigned at Santa Rosa Laguna.
