Purchasing Admin Assistant/ Officer (Group of Restaurants)

- Responsible for the documentation of procurred materials and services for the company
- Maintain harmonious business relations with suppliers and vendors
- Processes all purchasing documents and coordinates with Purchasing Manager regularly regarding status
- Ensures competent quality execution of all purchasing duties and procedures.
- Adheres to company’s Code of Conduct
- Gives equal respect to his/her superior and fellow employees
- Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior
- Graduate of Supply Chain Management Course or any 4 year course
- At least 1 year experience in purchasing, preferably in a group of restaurants
- With high regard on details, good planning and negotiation skills
- Good communication skills – written and oral
- Ability to review, analyze, and differentiate detailed vendor and services provider specifications
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
- Can start on June 11, 2024
Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
