PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall responsible for local purchases’ operation.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. In charge of all local purchases externally and internally.
2. Coordinating with various local suppliers for inquiry and other purchasing concern.
3. Creating purchase order for supplier and itinerary of Parts Expediter. Utilizing Warehousing Management System (AMS, Peach 3 & FOS).
4. Warranty claim of local parts from supplier.
5. Verify pricing of local parts and finding lowest price from various suppliers.
6. Coordination with receiving clerk for local items arriving and pending parts.
7. Posting of local purchased parts in Peach 3. Prepares Request for Payment (RFP) for local purchases and forwarding it to the Finance Department for payment processing.
8. Submission of local purchase report.
9. Ensures sending of Vendors accreditation forms and requirements to suppliers.
10. Preparation of suppliers feedback form.
