Role: Qualifying Agent (Insurance)
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary
Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, PHP1,500 Rice Allowance, and Night Differential
Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Philippine Time
Work Setup: Office-based
Responsibilities:
- Qualifying questions to potential lead thru Inbound/ Outbound calls
- Input customer information in the database/Form before transferring to closers
- Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service to customers.
- High school/college diploma or equivalent: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good English communication skills
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound call handling
- Computer proficient
- Willing to undergo training
- Team player with an enthusiastic attitude towards work
- Willing to work onsite in Brgy. Saguin, City of San Fernando, Pampanga
- Experience using Vici Dial (Good to have but not required)
- Previous experience as a call center agent handling an insurance account (Good to have but not required)
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
