Description & Requirements

As Associate Quality Assurance Analyst works with development and support teams to ensure the delivery of a high-quality solution or products.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Works with the development team to execute test plans; creates manual and automated test cases test cases based on design and requirements.
Reviews user documentation and training materials for accuracy.
Maintains or generates data needed to test scenario/scripts; documents test scripts in a common repository.
Works with a team of Quality Assurance Analysts/Engineers in the identification, development, creation, and improvement of the testing processes/framework.
Reviews metrics and reports on test results/status.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Has a background in software development, processes, models, lifecycle and methodologies
Has experience in the functional and/or technical area of the products
Experience in test-planning, design, defect tracking
Problem solving skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Good written and verbal communication skills
Team player
Can cope with self-phased trainings and requires minimal supervision
Proactive and able to work with tight deadlines/under pressure
Ability to communicate and participate during meetings and reviews with US counterparts and willingness to attend the meetings/reviews which might be scheduled early in the morning or late night
