Receptionist

As a receptionist, you will be the welcoming face and voice of our restaurant, responsible for providing exceptional front-line customer service. The ideal candidate is a courteous and well-organized individual with strong communication skills and interpersonal skills.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, creating a warm and professional environment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Handle guest inquiries, provide information, and respond to requests promptly.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office security by controlling access to the premises and keeping a log of visitors.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other duties as assigned.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Preferably with at least 6 months working experience in managing reservations
- FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGE TO APPLY
- Excellent communication skills; MUST be fluent in English
- Must be able to start immediately
- Strong organizational Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
