About the role
Reporting to the AVP, Compliance Officer, this full-time Regulatory Affairs Staff role is responsible for ensuring A Brown Company, Inc. operations in Quezon City, Metro Manila adhere to all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards. This is a key position that plays a vital part in maintaining the company's strong reputation and continued growth.
What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and analysing changes to relevant laws, regulations and industry standards
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures and training to ensure compliance
• Conducting internal audits and risk assessments to identify and address compliance issues
• Preparing and submitting all required regulatory reports and filings
• Providing guidance and support to operational teams on compliance matters

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years of experience in a regulatory affairs or compliance role, ideally within the accounting industry
• Strong understanding of relevant accounting laws, regulations and industry standards
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Proven track record of implementing effective compliance program
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
