DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Regulatory Officer must oversee all aspects of the Business Registration Services, ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
- The Regulatory Officer must deal with all business applications face to face and by post to different Government offices to ensure that the processes and procedures are met.
- Must oversee the completion of all relevant business registration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government and the company.
- Ensures that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
- Prepares all fee quotes and any information relatively and required by clients, legal department or authorities.
- Must maintain strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues.
- Must be able to liaise the client in obtaining documentation in relation to different Government Agencies, such as:
  • Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
  • Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
  • Dept. of Trade and Industry (DTI)
  • Philippine Health Insurance Corporation
  • Home and Development Mutual Fund (HDMF or PAG-IBIG)
  • Social Security Services (SSS)
  • Local Government Units (LGU’s) – barangay and business permits
- Must take full responsibility of agency issues and operations, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- May be required to train some Admin or Operations staff to enhance their understanding of Government by-Laws and rules to help them to fulfill their roles to a high level.
- Maintain regular documentations, monitoring and completion of each processes and proper reporting.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Management and Administration, Administrative Governance and or interim to Law Courses.
- Must be fluent in English and have experience in Business Registrations and Law Firm exposures.
- Must be motivated, energetic and able to work as a part of a team.
- Has a strong communication and negotiation skill as the job is centered on communication with the client, colleagues and authorities.
- Must be able to work to tight deadlines even when under pressure, whilst still being able to provide a high level of customer service.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and any other software related to job role and function.
- Has strong background in Business Registration, Administrative Function and Legislation Consultancy.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php25,000.00 per month
