Job Summary:
Responsible for the implementation of repair and preventive maintenance programs and renovation of Retail shops and facilities covering, but not limited to architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, sanitary and plumbing systems. Review of structural portions, counterchecking of architectural designs and budgets for projects. Supervises jobs done by in-house personnel and contractors.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implements repair and maintenance programs and work schedules for facilities equipment, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of such programs
• Ensures that weekly and monthly reports pertaining to work accomplishments of the section are submitted to the superior on time
• Reviews requests from various sites and departments and prepares documents to attend immediately
• Regular inspection of physical status of bingo hall and recommend repairs to be done to maintain the hall in good operating condition and presentable at all times
• Meet with Mall Administration and Engineers to discuss things pertaining to renovation, retrofitting and downsizing as well as monitoring its implementation done by in-house and/or contractors
• Prepares minor design and shop drawings before implementation
• Attends to troubleshooting and emergency repairs at branches
• Prepares requests for quotations with specifications, scope of works and timetables and requests drawings from the Design and/or PM Section for contractors
• Ensures that all procedural guidelines and policies are being implemented, to achieve the smooth flow of work and avoid the problem that will affect the timetable of the project and may hamper the operations
• Provide job order request indicating works to be accomplished
• Prepare accomplishments versus KRA
• Assigned as project leadman for renovation and major repair jobs and prepares status reports for such jobs
• Coordinate with the branch managers for possible major renovation/retrofitting
• Evaluates the performance of In-house technicians
• Prepare annual inventory of tools and equipment before the end of the year

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics Engineer
• At least 3 years of experience in the preparation and implementation of repair and maintenance programs, specifications, estimates, working plans, safety systems and practices for air conditioning, air filtration and exhaust systems, pumps, fire protection and fire fighting equipment, electrical, lighting and communication systems for small buildings and commercial establishments
• Ability to handle office and construction job site work environment
• Skilled in Facilities Management, Customer Service, People Management, Design Estimate, Communication Skills, Computer Literature, and Highly Analytical

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
