Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at SEB CONNEXION INC. located in Mandaluyong. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, hiring new team members, and maintaining quality food and beverage services.
Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Hiring and Staff Management
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in restaurant management is preferred
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40,000.00 per month
