Retail Outlet Officer

- Overall : operate and manage Service Point
- Shipment acceptance at retail outlet
- Maintenance of facility and equipment
- Cash collection and bank remittance
- Reports generation and maintenance
- Regularly call up cash customers
- Be able to identify different customer needs and wants and to provide solutions that will ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure effective implementation of retail programs at outlet level
- Maintain awareness of competitor activities
- Ensure proper grooming at all times
- Maintain good relations with Mall/Commercial space administration office

Operations
Liaise closely with Operations to ensure pick-up times are met, and all supplies are delivered on time -
Customer Service
Liaise with customer service to resolve any customer issues that may arise -
Finance
Prepare cash reconciliations and ensure proper petty cash maintenance, remittance of collections

Cash Collection and Remittance
- Cash transaction processing and collection
- Bank remittance
- Conduct cash reconciliation reports and cash/credit card transactions of retail outlets in his designated area.
- Maintain Petty Cash Fund of designated service point and prepare reports for budgeting and tracking purposes.

Reporting and Data Handling
- Maintain Service Point cash shipment data
- Coordinate and consolidate data transfer between Service Point and Country Office
- Monitor outlet performance by using an outlet sales performance tracker

Operational and Administrative
- Implement store hours that is most reflective of the needs of customers and ensure that this is consistently implemented in his given area
- Ensure that assigned outlets has proper supplies and marketing collaterals.
- Carry out any task that is required
- Experience in the field of retail sales with demonstrated understanding of and exposure to all elements of the retail trade and outlet management
- Team-player
- Sales orientation
- Strong English (written and spoken) comprehension and communication skills are essential.
- 2 years experience in a sales function
- Knowledge and understanding of the retail trade from a service and sales perspective.
- Experience in manning a retail outlet is preferred
