Retail Sales Manager - Retail/Cosmetics (Hybrid) [D]

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1-day work onsite, for attending weekly sales meetings or visiting stores)
Office Location: Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan, Manila
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Friday)
About the role: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a keen understanding of the cosmetics market, and exceptional leadership skills. This role will focus on driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and achieving performance targets in our retail stores.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Retail Sales Manager role.
- Oversees 4 Sales Supervisors located across the Philippines (Metro Manila, North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao).
- Proven experience in sales management and operations, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets. Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflow. Optimize processes and systems to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales and operations teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear objectives and provide ongoing feedback and support.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and operational performance metrics. Prepare and present reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in developing sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and operational strategies.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
