Retail Sales Manager (Retail/Cosmetics)

San Juan

Work arrangement: 1-day work office onsite, and 4 days either store visit, attending weekly sales meetings or visiting stores; Office Location: Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan, Manila
Work schedule: Dayshift (Monday to Friday)
About the role: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a keen understanding of the cosmetics market, and exceptional leadership skills. This role will focus on driving sales, enhancing customer experience, and achieving performance targets in our retail stores.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
At least 8 to 10 years of experience in Retail Sales Manager role.
Oversees 4 Sales Supervisors located across the Philippines (Metro Manila, North Luzon, South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao).
Proven experience in sales management and operations, preferably in FMCG.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed company revenue targets. Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Operational Management:

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflow. Optimize processes and systems to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Manage and mentor the sales and operations teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Set clear objectives and provide ongoing feedback and support.

Performance Analysis:

Analyze sales and operational performance metrics. Prepare and present reports to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in developing sales forecasts and budgets. Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure adherence to financial goals.

Collaboration:

Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and operational strategies.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
