DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
1. Maintains cleanliness, orderliness and sanitation in his assigned guestrooms and guestfloors.

• Cleans all assigned guestrooms on a daily basis except rooms on a “Do Not Disturb” status.
• Readily obliges if an in-house guest requests for additional cleaning during the day.
• Cleans walls, floors, carpets, fixtures following the St. Francis Hotels standard cleaning procedures.
• Sanitizes toilets and bathrooms using the prescribed sanitizing chemicals.
• Changes and/or empties wastebasket or garbage cans.
• Collects all used and soiled linens and replenishes them with fresh ones.
• Ensures that the standard quality in cleaning the guestrooms are followed.
• Reports any defects to his supervisor or coordinator for corrective action.
• Replenishes standard room amenities in their appropriate location.
• Conducts daily room inspection on all occupied and vacant rooms.

2. Responsible for the proper use, maintenance and storage of all cleaning equipment.
3. Attends to the needs and additional requests of in-house guests.
4. Reports all unusual incidents and complaints of in-house guest, unauthorized entry of suspicious persons in guestrooms as well as guests who are sick or in critical condition.
5. Inspects guest rooms once guest checks-out. Checks and reports to the HK Coordinator if there are any missing or damaged items that has to be charged to the outgoing guest.
6. Reports and surrenders all lost and found items to the HK Coordinator.
7. Assists in the inventory of guestroom supplies and linens.
8. Prepares and submits daily accomplishment and consumption report to his/her superior.
9. Assists the HK Supervisor in conducting room checks.
10. Assists in the fumigation of assigned guestrooms as performed by the Pestcon Technician.
11. Ensures awareness on the eco reminder program and diligently submits to his assigned Supervisor the daily report.
12. Performs other related duties as may be assigned by his/her superior.
13. Ensures adherence to the company’s policies and procedures including the established Grooming Standards.
14. Handles emergency situations based on the Crisis Management policies and procedures.
15. Implements all official orders as may be dictated by Management and their Officers.
16. Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
