Main Responsibilities
· Responsible for the timely review and submission of Billing Documents from Prime Choice and Northlink.
· Responsible for the timely submission of Delivery Monitoring Report for Outright Accounts
· Responsible for timely processing and printing of Delivery Receipts ( DR) for all direct to store concessionaires accounts for Provincial areas.
Detailed Task :
1. Receives and review Billing Documents from Regional Distributor(RDs).
2. Forwards Billing Documents to Logistics Manager for payment approval.
3. Coordinates with RDs and updates Delivery Monitoring from the RDs.
4. Sends Delivery Monitoring Report of Sales & Operations Team.
5. Assist in monitoring and updating of delivery status to Provincial Outright Accounts
6. Submits weekly Delivery Monitoring Report of Provincial Outright Accounts to Treasury Department
7. Assists in TO/SO processing and printing of Picklist, Delivery Receipts and Sales Invoices for Provincial accounts
8. Assists Planning & Distribution Officer in the Delivery Lead Time Report preparation.
9. Other task that maybe assigned by the Management
Work Experience Requirements/ Other Special Qualifications
1. At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Fresh Graduate candidate can be considered for the position.
2. Familiarity with Oracle Netsuite is advantage.
3. Knowledgeable in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word & Powerpoint
4. A multi-tasker with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different levels in the organization
5. Organized and keen to details.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
