JOB OBJECTIVE: To manage the supply of finished goods at the warehouses to meet customer service and freshness objectives while maintaining optimal stock cover that takes into account the overall company supply chain objectives.
SUPPLY PLANNER:
- Set and update target stock covers consistent with set rules and methodology
- Set and update parameters for timely distribution of adequate products to the different distribution warehouses e.g., lead time
- Set and update parameters for timely availability and optimal level of inventory to be purchased/called-off.
- Bring to the attention of Management stocks that are in danger of obsolescence and follow-up actions t mitigate losses attributable to expired stocks.
- Determine the quantities required for purchase and after approval, work with Nextrade Buyer in getting the supplier's commitment. Issue PO accordingly.
- Determine the quantities required for transfer to the DCs and create corresponding Stock Transfer Order (STO).
- Determine the quantities required to convert one sku to another and issue the necessary orders to effect the product transformation.
- Work with Demand Planner in converting the Consensus Demand Plan (CDP) into supply plan. Identify shortages and excesses for discussion and resolution with stake holders.
- Performs necessary housekeeping of orders in the system.
Job Requirements:
- College Graduate preferably in Engineering, Finance, IT.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience in the following field:
- Supply Planning
- Customer Service
- Supply Chain Development
- Sales, Key Account Management
- Amenable to work on-site from Monday-Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php28,000.00 - Php32,000.00 per month
Schedule:

8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary
