Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled RPA Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions that optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency. The role involves collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure RPA initiatives align with business needs while providing leadership in technical design and development.
Key Responsibilities:
RPA Architecture Design:

• Lead the design of scalable, secure, and efficient RPA architecture for automating repetitive tasks across different business functions.

Process Evaluation & Optimization:

• Collaborate with business teams to assess current processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend improvements using RPA technologies.

Technical Leadership:

• Oversee the development and deployment of RPA solutions, guiding developers and ensuring adherence to best practices in automation design and implementation.

Tool Selection & Integration:

• Evaluate and select RPA tools (e.g., Ui Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) based on organizational requirements. Ensure proper integration with existing IT systems and applications.

Governance & Compliance:

• Implement governance frameworks for RPA projects to ensure compliance with data privacy, security policies, and industry regulations.

Performance Monitoring & Maintenance:

• Monitor RPA systems post-deployment, troubleshoot any issues, and optimize solutions for better performance and cost-efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation of RPA architecture, technical designs, and workflow processes. Provide regular updates to senior management and business stakeholders.

Team Collaboration & Training:

• Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and developers to ensure seamless collaboration. Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in their professional growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in RPA design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool (e.g., Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Experience in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of process automation, systems integration, and business process improvement.
• Solid programming skills in C#, Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, databases, and APIs.
• Proven ability to design scalable RPA solutions with a focus on performance, security, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in leading RPA development teams or managing automation projects.

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php150,000.00 per month
