• Conduct pre-sales activities for small to medium sized accounts such as Performs POC, Demo and Presentations.
• Attends meetings, prepares BOM & SOW and coordinates with Sales Persons. Conducts continuous study, testing and simultaneous of our products and solutions.
• Provide assistance on the preparation of pre-sales project documentations such as Network design, system architecture and proposal with technical specification.
• Prepares, updates and submit CRM, E-mail activity report, service slip, accomplishment reports and continuously coordinates with TSC Coordinator.
• Perform other task that may be assigned by TSC Supervisor and the Management.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, BS IT, Electronic Communications Engineering Information Systems or any IT related course.
• At least 1 Year of working experience as a network engineer or other related field is required for this position.
• Advance knowledge in firewall, core switches, distribution load balancer, access point, and access controller.
• Required Skill(s): presentation skills, good oral and written communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, people skills, customer and interpersonal skills
• Cisco certified is a plus!
