Responsible for the plant wide implementation of Safety & Environmental Management Manual, DOLE-BWC Safety Standards, 5S Manual, Energy Saving Activities and adherence to Environmental Management System in the plant. Assist safety audit and investigation team to make safety training program. Spearheads company - wide awareness/education/ implementation of safety discipline. Advising on safety topics, conducting risk assessment, inspecting premises, investigating accidents and reporting occurences. Explain clearly all improvements items/corrective action/ countermeasure to all newly hire operator on area where they will assign.

Graduate of any 4 years course / Engineering graduate
Must have knowledge on 5S and Safety Management manual
Must have full understanding of Environmental Management System/ DOLE-BWC safety standards
Hardworking, persevere, able to deal with all levels in organization

Job Type: Permanent
