Role Summary:
As a Sail Point Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Sail Point Identity IQ/Identity Now solutions to meet the business needs of our clients. Your role will involve integrating Sail Point with various systems, applications, and data sources, leveraging your Java development expertise to ensure seamless and secure identity and access management processes.

Role Description:

• Design, develop, and implement Sail Point Identity IQ/Identity Now (or other similar Identity Governance) solutions to support identity and access management requirements.
• Integrate Sail Point with various systems, applications, and data sources to ensure smooth and secure identity and access processes.
• Develop and maintain custom Sail Point connectors and integrations using Java and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design IAM solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitor and analyze identity and access logs, user activity, and security events to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Sail Point Identity IQ/Identity Now issues and integrations.
• Provide training and support to end users on Sail Point tools and best practices for managing their access rights and credentials.

Professional & Technical Skill requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years of development experience in JAVA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Base understanding of identity and access management principles and technologies.
• Experience in integration with various systems, applications, and data sources.
• Familiarity with IAM security frameworks and industry best practices.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
