Job Summary
Assist in maintaining harmonious relationship with external clients and ensure strong coordination from clients from awarding to project completion
Primary Duties
1. Assists the Business Development Manager and the General Manager in maintaining relationship with clients.
2. Assists in finding possible clients.
3. Attends project meeting with existing clients with regards to weekly meeting updates, new awards project, pre-bid and inspection.
4. Prepares and submits pre-bid proposal in all projects or web-based clients’s system or personal submission.
5. Monitors and answers emails in relation to clients and internal communication.
6. Prepares accomplishment report weekly for update to clients.
7. Prepares Certificate of Completion (COC) to clients.
8. Prepares accreditation requirement for new/renewal to clients.
9. Request access letters, work permits prior to implementation.
10. Attends to projects acceptance.
11. Supervise documentation assistants.
12. Responsible in evaluating employee under his supervision and recommends possible training for the enhancement of skills, promotion, salary upgrade and all aspects related to employment of subordinates.
13. Conducts existing project monitoring regarding issues and accomplishment through proper coordination with the lead project coordinator.
14. Coordinates with lead project coordinator with regards to the list of skilled worker to be submitted to clients.
15. Assist and accommodate over-all client’s concerns and communication
16. Assistance to the Business Development Manager and General Manager.
17. Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time related to position.
