We're looking for Sales Lady (Personal Care Specialist) for our client, a proudly Filipino clean beauty brand offering 100% clean skin and body care products.
Job Description:

• Roving in Rustan's Alabang and Duty Free NAIA areas.
• Represent the brand.
• Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide product knowledge and information.
• Ring up sales and handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and promotions.
• Adhere with Store, Company and Mall Policies.
• Assist & participate Sales & Marketing Team to prepare, attend, manage various sales & marketing events, bazaars, photoshoots, fairs, and other field works throughout the year if needed.
• Assist in email & Viber tele sales if needed.
• Assist operations department in conducting quality checks on various packaging materials & finished goods if needed.
• Perform other tasks required by your superior.

Qualifications:

• With at least 2 years of significant selling experience in a retail environment. Preferably in skincare or beauty industry
• Can converse well in English and/or Tagalog
• Driven, assertive, and hard-working
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent selling and customer service skills
• Good visual merchandising skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willing to work in a long hour schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to work withing the operating hours of the mall with one (1) day rest day per week.

Educational Background:

• Graduate of at least a 2-year course or completed a minimum of 2 years of college education
