Spinifex IT also specialize in SAP HR/Payroll solutions. With the use of Spinifex IT products, it is faster and easier to analyse HR/Payroll data and effectively communicate real time to relevant stakeholders. With this growth and our ultimate goal to increase the quality of deliverables and overall Customer satisfaction, Spinifex IT is developing its Center of Excellence team and offers a new role as a Spinifex IT SAP HCM Functional Consultant (Remote Consulting). The selected candidate will be responsible for enabling and facilitating the deployment of the new add-on solutions like integration solution to Payroll Control Center, integration to Successfactors and our new products line to facilitate the migration from SAP standard to Employee Central Payroll.
This specific position will focus on providing remote consulting services from the different regions during project implementations which revolve around our SAP add-on solutions. Therefore, a good knowledge of SAP HCM (HR and/or Payroll) previously as a consultant (possibly former ABAP developer) is key. Successfactors experience will be a plus. The role also extends to internal activities such as participating in functional design, testing, configuration for testing and delivery of corresponding end user documentation materials and can include internal/external training as well.
The position requires consulting experience and/or a high-level of analytical skills especially in the areas of SAP standard HR modules and best practices. The candidate should have a solid foundation of SAP HR to be able to adapt and integrate our add-on solutions and perform the different remote consulting activities (e.g. product setup, configuration, solution build, parallel testing, etc.)
The position holder may play different roles throughout the project implementation and software release cycle (internal activities).
Description
The Center of Excellence Functional Consultant is mainly accountable for the below :

• Learn and Understand the various Spinifex IT solutions with focus on the recent Solutions integration (PCC / Successfactors integration) and Migration solutions
• Provide remote consulting services (e.g. blueprinting, product setup, configuration, solution build, parallel testing, training, etc.) to the different regions
• Meet (remotely) with Customers and other consultants to understand their use cases
• Serve as a key contact for concerns during product implementation

Other responsibilities (internal activities when consulting services are low) include but not limited to:

• Participate in the overall quality of our solutions prior to official release
• Understand all system requirements alongside the Development Team and help in the functional requirements phase as well as unit testing
• Provide functional test scenarios/ testing requirements which will cover new functionalities of our solution.
• Prepare necessary HR master data and SAP / Successfactors configurations for relevant test scenarios, this includes SAP HR and PY data manipulation and possibly Successfactors data as well
• Provide related online documentation materials for End users
• Participate in the QA review of the documentation provided by other documentation team members
• Build Training Videos and Materials for consumption by Spinifex IT staff, Prospects and Customers
• Build out Test and Demonstration Scenarios in the Spinifex IT SAP/SF Demonstration environment
• Help to build out Pre-delivered configuration and scenarios used within the various solutions.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in SAP HR / Success Factors implementation (OM, PA, TM, preferably with PY)
• Experience in software documentation or similar activities (redaction of functional requirements)
• Experience with Human Resources processes is necessary, Payroll processes knowledge is required
• Experience in professional Cloud-based or Web-based Solution testing
• Excellent communication skills
• Can work independently on a project as well as in a team
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency, resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Passion of having the job done with high quality and excel in uncovering potential flaws/issues

Logistical Information

• Based in Manila (Philippines).
• Full-time, permanent position.
• 5 days per week. Typically 8 hour days, with reasonable overtime expected when required : possibility to work remotely for several days
• Flexible day shift, might be temporarily under an Australia or Europe shift based on projects
• This position will report to the Customer Care Manager and ESCOE lead (both based in Manila)
