Functional Consultant

Qualification:
- Degree in CA / CPA, Accounting, Finance or related courses
- Strong logical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- Contribute as a team member on customer projects.
- Utilize a structured project delivery methodology.
- Manage project timelines and successful completion of project deliverables and activities.
- Deliver projects with high quality and high customer satisfaction.
- Take action to identify, drive and support efficiency and optimization of processes.
- Consult with clients to understand their business requirements and mapping them to Net Suite.
- Design solutions using Net Suite functions and features.
- Identify and manage gaps in customer requirements and Net Suite functionality.
- Work and interact with customers in the configuration of their Net Suite system.
- Build successful customer relationships.
- Connect, engage, and build the broader Net Suite and Oracle community.
- Perform quality reviews of deliverables developed by other team members.
- Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and peers to facilitate on-time and on-budget
- Achieve or exceed customer satisfaction and billable utilization targets.
- Continue to increase product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications
- Creative thinker, with the ability to proactively identify areas for potential improvement(process and functionality)
- Lead initiatives and solution enhancements
- Confidence and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
- Translate business/operational requirements into effective and efficient systems solutions
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities/complex workload
- Good communication skills
- Based this role will require an element of global travel
