Customer Success

The Customer Success will be responsible for handling customer requirements, issues or queries in Oracle Net Suite. Working closely with different teams for handling day to day tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with technical/ functional consultant (as applicable) to understand the issue, diagnose the problem and resolve the issue in the quickest and most efficient way.
Handle customer inquiries (via phone, email, and chat)
Provide accurate information about Softype’s products and services
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE:

Proactive
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to troubleshoot
Bachelor's degree
