KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with technical/ functional consultant (as applicable) to understand the issue, diagnose the problem and resolve the issue in the quickest and most efficient way.
- Handle customer inquiries (via phone, email, and chat)
- Provide accurate information about Softype’s products and services
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
- Proactive
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Bachelor's degree
