Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative for the Warby Parker account at Xtend Ops, you’ll be responsible for assisting customers with their eyewear purchases, resolving issues, and providing expert guidance on product offerings. This role requires a passion for helping people, great communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a Healthcare account, e-commerce, or a related field (experience in eyewear or fashion is a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone to different customer needs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions effectively.
• Amenable to Working Onsite and Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, or evening shifts if required.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service.
• A passion for Warby Parker’s mission to provide affordable, stylish eyewear
• No Records of AWOL/Attendance Issues
• With Available COE/Exit Clearance

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and email in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product questions, order status updates, and returns or exchanges.
• Troubleshoot issues related to orders, shipping, and product availability, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Guide customers on selecting frames, lens types, and fit options based on their preferences and needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Warby Parker’s products, policies, and promotions to offer accurate information.
• Adhere to quality and service standards, maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.

Pay: Php27,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
