Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative at Warby Parker, you'll be the face of our brand and the first point of contact for our customers. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support across various channels—phone, email, and chat—while embodying our brand values. If you’re a skilled communicator with a passion for helping people and solving problems, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service by answering inquiries related to orders, product information, policies, and general assistance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media with a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, handling exchanges and returns, and managing order issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently, using Warby Parker’s knowledge base and CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately to inform future improvements in our service.
  • Stay up-to-date on Warby Parker’s product offerings, policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, Retail, Healthcare or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries at once.
  • Experience with CRM tools and comfort with learning new technologies.
  • Passion for Warby Parker’s mission and commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
