SECRETARY WITH HR AND/OR ACCOUNTING BACKGROUND

Job Description:
L&H Resources Corp. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary with a background in both Human Resources and/or Accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our day-to-day operations, including handling bank transactions, performing various administrative tasks, assisting with HR-related activities, and managing accounting duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in coordinating company events, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain and update company records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Human Resources:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Help onboard new employees, including preparing orientation materials and managing employee records.
- Support HR functions such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Accounting:
- Handle all bank-related transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
- Liaise with financial institutions to resolve any banking issues.
- Assist in maintaining financial records and documentation.
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
Other Duties:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Assist in special projects as required by management.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, HR Assistant, or Accounting Assistant.
- Experience handling bank transactions and familiarity with financial procedures.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- 13th month salary
- Office Administration: 2 years (Preferred)
