SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL (Corporate Governance)

· Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and required disclosures with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), and other regulatory agencies
· Prepare and monitor the implementation of compliance programs, policies and guidelines
· Assist the corporate secretary/assistant corporate secretary in the preparation of minutes, secretary’s certificates, notices of meetings, board and committee materials
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and timely filing of reports
Minimum Qualifications:
Lawyer with at least 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience as a compliance officer/manager in a listed company
Extensive experience in corporate secretarial work
Can work with minimum supervision
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php180,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
