This is a full-time Senior Manager for Management Advisory Services role at Infinnum Inc. located in Cebu City, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving operational excellence, and managing people and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month

This is a full-time Senior Manager for Management Advisory Services role at Infinnum Inc. located in Cebu City, with flexibility for some remote work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. You will be responsible for leading client engagements, driving operational excellence, and managing people and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee work plans, manage resources, and ensure successful project execution.
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and delivering on agreed-upon procedures.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service delivery and client engagements.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Experience managing teams of 5-8 people.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Willingness to travel across the Philippines and work in a hybrid environment.
