SEO and Paid Media Specialist (NIGHT SHIFT AND WORK FROM HOME)

As an SEO and Media Buying Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting and executing comprehensive SEO and paid media strategies to drive both organic and paid traffic. Working closely with our content, marketing, and development teams, you will implement SEO best practices while strategically managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- 3+ years of SEO experience, with a proven record of improving search rankings and organic growth.
- 2+ years of media buying experience across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Proficiency in using SEO and ad management tools (e.g., SEMRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as Word Press, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data and delivering actionable insights.
- SEO Strategy &Optimization: Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive traffic. Conduct in-depth keyword research, optimizeon-page elements, and manage technical SEO to ensure optimal search engine visibility.
- Media Buying & Ad Management: Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, bid management, and performance tracking.
- Content Management: Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with SEO and paid media strategies, optimizing for organic and paid reach.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze SEO and paid media performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Industry Research: Stay current with trends in SEO, media buying, and advertising, ensuring all strategies align with the latest industry updates and best practices.
Working Hours | Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST with flexibility to meet campaign deadlines and project requirements if necessary / 9:00 PM – 5:00 PM Philippine Timezone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
