This role will oversee digital marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels, ensuring seamless team collaboration, enhanced productivity, and strategic growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is dependable and prioritizes data privacy, with a robust understanding of system-based operations and redundancy planning.
We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience with a proven track record of driving results.
- Experience managing a team of Digital Marketing Specialists.
- Proficiency in Canva for design
- Competency with Nord VPN for secure access and data privacy
- Strong command of Chat GPT, Gemini and Perplexity for content ideation and strategy
- Experience with Loom for effective communication
- Knowledge of Fathom for analytics and Go High Level for CRM
- Skilled in Google Workspace and Google Shared Drives for productivity and collaboration
- Familiarity with Notion for project management and tracking
- Experience managing campaigns on social media platforms such as Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, Threads, X, Pinterest, and Tik Tok.
- Digital Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, Threads, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, and Tik Tok.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain a cohesive marketing strategy using tools like Google Workspace, Google Groups, Google Shared Drives, Fathom, and Click Up for task management.
- Content Creation: Oversee content creation and graphics design in Canva while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze digital performance metrics Go High Level to optimize campaigns and drive growth based on data insights.
- Secure Communication & Privacy: Ensure data privacy and secure communication using Nord VPN and prioritize redundancy planning across all digital channels and systems.
- Team Training and Development: Train team members on digital tools, including Chat GPT, Perplexity, and Loom, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM –5:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Timezone (Partially flexible)
