Legal Assistant (WORK FROM HOME & NIGHT SHIFT)

We are looking for the following specific requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience as a Legal Virtual Assistant or Paralegal.
- Strong project management skills in handling legal and business documents.
- Proficient with CRMs, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and legal tools.
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week, following EST timezone.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
- Draft legal documents and conduct research for ongoing cases.
- Provide litigation support, including managing databases and electronic filings.
- Assist in trial preparations and creating presentations for lawyers.
- Manage client inquiries and provide customer support.
- Oversee project management tasks like drafting reports and managing files.
- Perform ad hoc tasks such as booking travel and conducting research.
- Ensure timely and effective client communication, meeting deadlines and providing administrative support.
- Paid PH holidays after 3 months
- Attendance incentives after 3 months

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST / 9:00 PM – 5:00 PM Philippine Timezone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
