DINING STAFF (Waiter/ Server)
Your ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledgeable in dining service sequence
• Prepare dining area (chairs, tables and side station)
• Conducts inventory of dining supplies
• Present menu. take and serve orders efficiently
• Pay attention to guests needs by being very attentive and pro-active
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff for 86 and 85 items
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
• Willing to do multi-tasking
• Willing to be assigned in the Reception and Bar Area as scheduled and required

REQUIREMENTS:

• Attention to cleanliness and safety
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
• At least completed 2 years in college / College Level
• With at least 6 months experience as waiter staff or and server from a casual dine Restaurant
• Willing to be trained in Ortigas Center - Pasig
• Male / Female with pleasing personality, confident but humble
