CASHIER/ Server
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
· Follow company rules and regulations when it comes to cash control accoutnabilities
· Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct
· Ensure that food and beverage ordered by guest are delivered on time within the company standard
· Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table set up following the company standards
· Adheres company code of conduct
· Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees
· Performs other related duties and function assigned by his/her superior
· Experience from a casual dining or quick service restaurant
· Excellent customer service skills
· Experience working in a Casual Dining Restaurant is a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
· Preferably college graduate or at least completed 3 years in college (HRM preferably)
· Work experience in casual dining restaurant is a must
· Basic PC knowledge, CP and App savvy
· Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS
· Good math skills and computer literate
· Strong communication and time management skills
· Customer satisfaction-oriented
· Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Makati and Quezon City Areas
