- Greeting customers while offering customer service attention, taking, assembling and presenting food orders, requesting and receiving payment and operating the cash register.
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
- Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a proper dress code.
- Ensure the timely movement of completed food orders from kitchen to customer table.
- At least High School Graduate; Fresh Graduates are also welcome
- With or without experience and willing to be trained
- Ability to work with a team
- Experience is not required but is an advantage
- Customer service-oriented
- Ability to communicate orally with customers, management and other co-workers
Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
