Role: Service Desk Dispatcher
Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM Philippine time
Work Setup: WFO/WFH
As a Service Desk Dispatcher, you will manage the daily operations of our service desk, focusing on dispatch, ticket lifecycle, and high-level operational KPIs. You will use Connect Wise Manage and Bright Guage reporting tools to oversee and process incoming support requests, ensuring they are categorized, prioritized, and assigned accurately.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming support calls and create tickets in Connect Wise Manage.
• Process tickets received via email, completing the necessary metadata and assigning them to the appropriate tech team members.
• Collaborate with the internal technical team via Teams to ensure timely ticket follow-up and handoffs.
• Use reporting tools to identify and escalate potential problem tickets through a daily review process.

Qualifications:

• Some technical knowledge is needed to understand ticket types.
• Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• A quiet workspace with reliable internet and power.
