Functions:
- Responsible for the general clerical works of the Service Department.
- Prepares weekly and monthly service performance and revenue reports. (external and internal)
- Prepares and monitors monthly PMS Claims.
- Prepares payables to suppliers.
- Preparation of a Repair Order for the Sales Department’s request for Rustproofing and Internal Repair Order for the Accessories Department’s request for accessories for installation.
- Assists customers at the reception area and prepares Repair Orders and Internal Repair Orders for customers' requests in the absence of Service Advisors.
- At least one year of experience in administrative work.
- Computer literate.
- Keen on details of preparing reports.
- Hardworking, flexible, and understanding.
