Who are we looking for:
As a Shift Supervisor , you are expected to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. Responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting any issues to the Store Leader or Area Coordinator.

• Create shift schedules and assign tasks to team members effectively.
• Oversee team performance and manage time-off requests or no-shows.
• Handle customer issues, employee disputes, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety laws and maintain a productive work environment.
• Participate in management meetings to discuss goals and address any concerns.

What does it take to be part of the team?

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course without experience; College-level with atleast 6-months management experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer management skills.
• Analytical, entrepreneurial, and critical thinking abilities.
• Able to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and maintains high work ethics and integrity.
• Willing to assigned in: Meycauyan, Bulacan
