Key Responsibilities:
- Review mortgage applications for accuracy and compliance from start to finish.
- Assess documentation, financial histories, and property valuations thoroughly.
- Ensure applications are complete and meet underwriting requirements.
- Provide summaries and feedback to improve application quality for mortgage underwriters and administration teams.
- Collaborate with compliance officers to identify risks and ensure adherence to regulations.
- Help develop and uphold quality assurance guidelines and procedures.
- Attend team meetings to discuss findings and process improvements.
- Keep accurate records of assessments and necessary follow-ups.
- Stay updated on mortgage regulations and industry best practices while identifying areas for improvement and training.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Uphold the principles of Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty.
- Experience in quality assurance within the mortgage industry preferred.
- Understanding of UK regulations, mortgage products, and lending criteria.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Proficient in mortgage software and Microsoft Office.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Commitment to high ethical standards and compliance practices.
Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
