Key Responsibilities:

• Review mortgage applications for accuracy and compliance from start to finish.
• Assess documentation, financial histories, and property valuations thoroughly.
• Ensure applications are complete and meet underwriting requirements.
• Provide summaries and feedback to improve application quality for mortgage underwriters and administration teams.
• Collaborate with compliance officers to identify risks and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Help develop and uphold quality assurance guidelines and procedures.
• Attend team meetings to discuss findings and process improvements.
• Keep accurate records of assessments and necessary follow-ups.
• Stay updated on mortgage regulations and industry best practices while identifying areas for improvement and training.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Uphold the principles of Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) and Consumer Duty.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience in quality assurance within the mortgage industry preferred.
• Understanding of UK regulations, mortgage products, and lending criteria.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in mortgage software and Microsoft Office.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Commitment to high ethical standards and compliance practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
